WOW! We finally got the letter from the state of NC! We've been waiting on it for over 3 weeks! It's the last piece of the dossier we need before it can be sent to D.C. for authentication and then on to Ethiopia. That part goes quickly so hopefully we will be on a waiting list for our girls by the beginning of November. Thanks for all the prayers and encouragements!
