Judah (mainly) and Elijah have been on a quest to buy a riding lawn mower. They worked hard all summer working in people's yards with their business "Klepac Landscaping". Judah is the boss, of course, :-), but they have all worked really hard. Judah even asked for money this year for his birthday so he could put it all towards the savings for the lawn mower. They recently reached $300 and Nina (grandma Mary) helped them find a riding mower for sale on Craig's List for exactly $300. We arranged to see the mower this Friday and we thought Judah would go crazy with excitement waiting for that day! They made the big purchase yesterday and now "Klepac Landscaping" owns their (only the "first" Judah says) very own riding lawnmower. We are so proud of the boys for how very hard they all worked and how they kept the vision of what they were working for. That's not an easy task for a 10 year old and an 8 year old! there were plenty of times they could have spent it on other things but they chose to SAVE. So, congrats boys!

Hey Molly,
That is so awesome about the boys. I think it's great how you and Isaac encourage their entrepreneurial spirits! That's how millionaires are made! You guys would really like the "Rich Dad, Poor Dad" books. We've read all of them and have gotten a lot out of them.
What a great story! Woo hoo and high fives to Judah and Elijah!
Great story and LOVE the pic! :)
